Return & Exchange Information

At Zoobaloo, I want you to love your wildlife-inspired art as much as I do! If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know: 

Returns & Exchanges 

🔹 Accepted within 14 days of delivery. 
🔹 Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. 
🔹 Custom or personalized items are non-returnable (but let me know if there's an issue!). 
🔹 Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email [your email] with a photo, and I’ll make it right! 💛 

Refunds 

🔹 Refunds are issued once the item is returned & inspected. 
🔹 Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
🔹 If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
